He also devised a pitcher of health which highlights the 6 food groups that will give you maximum rejuvenation and optimize your health.

Fats: Good fats, such as omega fats, are good for building strong cells, moderating cholesterol, and supporting nerve function.

Fruits and Veggies: Best source of water, fiber and nutrients and should be the bulk of your diet
