Joan goes behind closed doors of the US Postal Service to find out how they deliver more than 700-million pieces of mail every day. Joan also goes behind closed doors with the Postal Inspectors who play a key role in investigating crimes that use the mail (mail fraud,  mail bombs, drugs, child pornography, etc.).   Joan participates in training exercises at their Academy in Potomac, Maryland and goes inside their crime lab in Dulles, Virginia.
