Why Did I Come Into This Room; A Candid Conversation About Aging

I am so excited to finally officially share with all of you that on March 10th my next book is coming out! The book is called, Why Did I Come Into This Room? A Candid Conversation About Aging.

Ladies, this book is about us. It is about women and how we age, and I talk about every annoying, frustrating, and sometimes even scary thing that happens to us. From hot flashes to expanding waistlines to forgetfulness to yes… even leaking a little when you sneeze!

BUT… getting older is not just about the annoying stuff. It is also about understanding the joys of aging and believe me, there are many!

I held nothing back in this book, I share how I have experienced all of these things and how many affected and isolated me. And of course, as I always do, I reached out to the experts about WHY these things happen, how most of it is completely normal and explainable, and of course, what can we do about it all.

Many women are embarrassed about the aging process, but I don't want any of you to feel that way anymore. I want this book to open up the discussion to women everywhere so that we all know that we are not alone in this. Because aging, while it can be stressful, is also beautiful, joyful, liberating, and exciting!

The book will hit stands on March 10th, but you can preorder it now and please stick with me over these next few months because I will do my best to break down the stigma of aging for women and open up the conversation for all of YOU!
