HONOR WHAT GOES IN TO YOUR BODY

  • Eat Clean (and cleaner and cleaner)    
  • Drink lots of water
  • Eat slowly and respectfully
  • Read Labels
  • Stick to Portions
  • Watch oils, nuts, dressings, cheese, butter, and even “healthy stuff!”
  • Consume more fruit and less juice      
  • Eat organic, locally grown, and seasonal when possible
  • Try not to eat after dinner & don’t eat your last meal too late
  • Avoid all junk food
  • Cook for the week: Soups, salads and Ployes
  • Dining out  - make a plan and stick to it
  • Limit alcohol and don’t smoke
