On May 1st 2014 , I went to my annual wellness appointment. My doctor found a small lump in my right breast. She sent me for a diagnostic Mammogram. I just had a mammo last Sept. 2013. I was diagnosed with breast cancer May 7th. Met with a surgeon and found out I am HER2 triple positive, stage 1. I have chemo once every three weeks. 6 total. I already had two rounds, going for my third this week. Cancer is not in my family. I am very healthy, have always taken care of myself. Eat right/ exercise.

Just never thought it would happen to me. But I am getting through it, strong as ever! I have my family/ friends and husband by my side. So blessed that it was found early!
