In October 2016, the American Diabetes Association issued new recommendations about physical activity and exercise for people with diabetes. The update suggests short 3 minute periods of movement every 30 minutes instead of every 90 minutes, especially if you are sitting for long periods of time to improve blood sugar management.

Looking for ideas of a few exercises to do, besides standing or walking in place? Try some of these!
